Rates for 2008/2009

Prices shown are for the property per week. Au Chicot accommodates up to 8 guests + baby.

The minimum stay is one week and during the summer, priority is given to stays of two weeks or over. Au Chicot is not available from 1 November to 31 March for rentals of under 3 weeks. Long lets considered from the beginning of October until the end of April however, at 25% of the peak rate, so please contact us for further information.

Saturday changeovers are possible outside school summer holidays for your short break, including (UK) half-term holidays; other changeover days by request.

From June to August, we offer Thursday changeovers - perfect for taking advantage of the lower mid-week rates on flights, ferry crossings etc, and quieter roads - arrive and get settled in before the weekend's events - fairs, night markets, music festivals, corridas!

From June to August, arrival time is 4.00pm, and departure 10.00am. Outside these months times can be more flexible.

Au Chicot is not suitable for indoor smokers, or pets.

Enquiries

Once availability is confirmed, click here to read the Rental Terms and Conditions (opens in a new window). You will find these are fairly standard, and include settlement of the balance 8 weeks prior to departure, at which time a deposit of £200.00 per week of stay is payable, against damage or breakage. After departure, the latter will be returned promptly, minus the charge of any non-local telephone calls/internet use itemised for the period.

Bookings

If happy to proceed with a reservation, click here and print off the booking form (opens in a new window), returning it as soon as possible to the address given at the top in order to secure your holiday, together with the non-refundable deposit of 25% of the holiday cost - cheques to be made out, please, to Jane Bennett. Direct transfers to our bank account are also accepted.

You will be sent a letter in receipt of the deposit and to confirm your booking details as set out on your booking form. On receipt of the balance, we will send you a final letter as confirmation, instructions on how to find the property, and contact details of our property managers.

Comprehensive travel insurance for the period is recommended.
